Natures Health Food

The reason that NutriBullet reviews hail it as being the best machine out there for creating healthy smoothies and drinks, is because it's true. You can use it to make some of the most delicious and healthy creations you can imagine. It turns your whole foods into delightful mixtures, minus the pulp, in less than 60 seconds. How's that for speed?

The nutrients that your foods contain, when you put them through the NutriBullet, will still be there. That is because of the blade that is built-in to the machine. Mine is new so I can't comment on how well the blade holds up after long term use, but for now, it is terrific. I am very glad I purchased this product. Of course, I cover more in depth discussion about this product at my other blog - from my kitchen

Extracting Your Nutrition

Many experts have made it very clear that we don't get enough nutrients from our foods because our bodies aren't breaking them down properly. I'm no expert, so I cannot verify their claims, however, I do find some comfort in the fact that my new nutrition extractor can help me out with this, just in case it 'is' true. I have peace of mind regardless.

This product allows your body to get as many of the nutrients as it possibly can. Even more so if you had only chewed your food up and done it right. It puts your foods into a form that is extremely easy for your body to digest and distribute.

You have the freedom to create any type of drink or smoothie your imagination will give you. If you like nuts and the nutritional value they carry, throw some in there! It will grind them into small tiny pieces so you can drink them down. Try some pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, or anything else you like. You'll be amazed at how thorough this machine is in its grinding. The company calls these drinks 'NutriBlasts'.

You get some cool accessories and features when you purchase this product like -

Extracting or Milling

The extractor blade that comes with this product is a powerhouse of grinding efficiency. It can make extremely smooth beverages out of whatever you choose to put through there.

User Manual and Your Recipe Book

You would naturally expect there to be some instructions with a product of this type. You get both a user manual and a recipe book with this one. As a bonus they even throw in some tips for how to use weight with the recipes they provide. I personally enjoy experimenting with different combinations of ingredients, trying to get just the right flavor into something extremely healthy. I throw in powders, fruits, nuts, berries, and vegetables of all kinds.

For years I owned a juicer. It did a fairly good job but it didn't compare to the NutriBullet. It was hard to clean and awkward sized for handling. I like the smaller easy-to-handle size of this product. The other one also left lots of pulp in the mixes I made, it didn't grind them into juice like this thing can.

It has been a real addition to my diet planning and a great addition to my kitchen. Overall I would have to say that I am a very satisfied customer. I'm glad I made the decision to buy it and would recommend it highly to anyone. As of today, I have had no issues with it functioning properly and it seems to be very durable and stable. It is a little powerhouse of a machine that has earned its place among my appliances.

I'm just getting started and thought I would post this from the food network that I saw on Rachel Ray's Channel.
